Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated standard delivery is 7–14 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

Why delivery can occasionally take longer

Our products are sourced through overseas manufacturing and fulfilment partners. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, international freight delays, carrier delays or delays at our supplier’s dispatch facility. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment or shipping partner. If we are unable to supply your order within the agreed or a reasonable timeframe, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking information indicates that your order may be lost, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfilment partner and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer causes a delivery delay, failed delivery or additional shipping costs, we may be unable to provide a free replacement or reshipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
